specialize in non-ferros metal casting, hot pressing and forging. Our high
tonnage press and in-house precision mold building give the finish parts
uniform and exceptionally tough mechanical properties that can sustain
high pressure without leak infiltration and with superior resistance to
burst pressure and torque thrust.
Our secondary operation includes precision NC machining, tapping, heat treatment, painting, plating and other finish applications. With a complete QA & QC system we can supply our customer problem-free parts. Initial parts are tested by the customer to insure that critical dimensions are precisely met prior to production. During production, we are able to monitor the quality of all parts that are produced, subject to the exact requirements of the customer. Our stable work force is well trained, highly disciplined, and easily mobilized for emergent orders. Our warehouse mangement allows us to manage on-time delivery of critical parts. Together with Triton, our North American sales company, we can reliably bring our end customers parts Just In Time, or as needed. We are feature an on-line tracking system, through Triton, which provides continuous production information. Customers can check the status of their orders, including production schedules, warehouse stock, shipping schedules, etc. through our website. |
